CAD WALK is an EU-funded research project led by Dr. Brian G. Booth at the University of Antwerp. Brian holds a Ph.D. in computing science and has twelve years of experience in the area of medical image processing and analysis. His research interests are focused towards the use of machine learning techniques to identify patterns of abnormality in medical images.

Dr. Huysmans leads the shape modelling group in the imec-Vision Lab at the University of Antwerp. He has also led (or co-led) 13 research projects with industry partners and holds two patents. He will help supervise CAD WALK's prototype development and aid in intellectual property matters.
Dr. Sijbers heads the imec-Vision Lab at the University of Antwerp. He has a long and impressive research record in the field of medical image analysis and is an associate editor of two IEEE transactions. He will help supervise the prototype development and clinical testing of CAD WALK.
Dr. Keijsers is a Senior Researcher in biomechanics and motor control at Sint Maartenskliniek (Nijmegen, NL). His research includes various works on the technical and clinical aspects of plantar pressure measurement. He will help supervise the data collection and clinical testing within the CAD WALK project.
Dr. Burg is the research and development manager at rs scan and holds a Ph.D. in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Sciences. She will help supervise the data collection process as well and CAD WALK's industrial design, development, and deployment.
